Online ShoppingWe have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and DirectFlooring2U will take place when your order is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Payment MethodsWe accept payment by Visa (credit/debit), MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used as we do not charge for credit card use. Please note that DirectFlooring2U does not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. Payment by cash may be agreed for a collection if an item is already in stock. Pricing PolicyAll prices shown on the website are in Pound Sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Our prices are reviewed regularly and can change at any time without notice. Product Availability / InformationWe feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent. As we are a warehouse open to the public, items could go out of stock from our warehouse before the internet inventory is updated. If this should happen we will notify you immediately. ShippingWe endeavour to deliver within 7 working days of your order being placed unless alternative dates are stated in the product description or are agreed with a member of staff of DirectFlooring2U prior to order, this is subject to goods being in stock. We are unable to guarantee delivery will be within seven days (unless agreed prior to order) and reserve the right to take up to 28 days for delivery. As is the case with many large and high profile companies, telephone calls to DirectFlooring2U may be recorded for security and service monitoring purposes. All orders will be confirmed by email only. Should you not receive confirmation within 3 working days, please contact our order line on 0161 488 1333. If sending a copy of an order by fax or mail, please mark as ‘Duplicate’. Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services or may occur an additional delivery charge and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. Please contact our customer services prior to placing an order if you feel you come under any of the above categories. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability. When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them in good condition. Please make sure that if you have not checked the goods that you sign and write “Unchecked” next to your signature. Please note, upon signing for the goods you become responsible for them. Returns, Cancellations and DamagesUnwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange under the Distance Selling Regulations providing the customer cancels in writing within 7 days of delivery. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, please note that the following items may not be returned: goods which have been made or customised on behalf of a customer. On receipt of the cancellation we will raise a refund on your behalf and will make sure it is credited to your account within 28 days. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods. Can I Change or Cancel my Order?Yes you can, we will make every endeavour to cancel your order if has not already been despatched. If your order has already been despatched please follow our standard returns procedure. How can I cancel my order?All cancellations must be made in writing, either via e-mail or post and must include your order reference or number. How to Return or ExchangeYou can call our Customer Services number on 0161 488 1333 for help and advice, but you must email stating your intention to return the goods stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing the Despatch note. Label the packaging with our address and your order reference number and send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If your goods are damaged or faultyWe always package goods securely to ensure they get to our customers in pristine condition, however occasionally there are problems. Please be aware you may be asked to provide photographs to assist the speedy processing of your claim. Repackage the goods securely (in the original packaging) before sending them back to ourselves. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods by third parties. We will attempt to replace the goods or refund the order value within seven days. We reserve the right to refuse goods returned to us where the above policy for returning goods damaged during delivery has not been followed.
